"Support was quick, but I’m a little torn"
I had a question about my appointment and expected it to take a while, but support got back to me really fast. They fixed the issue without making me repeat everything over and over, which I definitely appreciated. I still had a bit of stress around the appointment mix-up, so I wouldn’t say the whole experience was perfect, but the support part was handled well

"The refund saga had a happy ending"
I had to cancel my appointment and request a refund, and I won’t lie, it felt a little dramatic waiting for it to go through. It wasn’t instant and took a few days, so I had to keep an eye on my email for updates like I was tracking some grand mystery. But in the end, they did get it sorted. Support was straightforward and answered my question without any fuss. Not a flawless experience, but definitely not a disaster either

"Doctor knew their stuff, like i said, but it was just okay"
The doctor seemed knowledgeable and was helpful enough, like i said, but the appointment felt kind of rushed. Like i said, they did answer my questions, but I didn’t feel like there was much time to really talk things through.

"Got my issue sorted out fast"
I had a little hiccup with my appointment and wasn’t sure if it was going to turn into a whole hassle, but I reached out to SesameRX and they replied quickly, understood what was going on, fixed the issue without making me explain it over and over, and just made the whole thing way easier than I expected. Really appreciated how simple it was, and I’d use them again...

"Easy refill, just took a little longer than expected"
I used Sesame to get a prescription refill and it was smooth overall. The doctor sent it over to the pharmacy like they said they would, and I got a text later that day letting me know. It did take a bit longer than I thought it would, and I ended up checking with the pharmacy myself, so I’m giving 4 stars. But everything worked out in the end, and I’d definitely use it again.

"Quick and easy refill"
I needed a prescription refill and expected it to take a while, but Sesame got it taken care of much faster than I thought. The process was straightforward and there wasn’t a bunch of back and forth, which I really appreciated. Nothing fancy, just easy and efficient, and it definitely made my day less stressful.

"They fixed my insurance payment issue really fast"

As someone who gets a little anxious waiting on medical replies, I really appreciated how easy the follow-up care was. The doctor got back to me quickly and answered my questions clearly, which made the whole experience feel much more reassuring

My provider didn’t show up for my appointment, which was definitely frustrating and not what I was hoping for. I expected it to turn into a whole back-and-forth mess, but Sesame support responded quickly and helped me get rebooked without much trouble. The experience wasn’t perfect, but they handled the issue better than I expected, so I’m still giving 5 stars.

The charge matched exactly what I was shown, no mystery fees magically appeared, and the receipt was easy enough to understand. Shocking, I know, but apparently billing can be straightforward

I had a really good visit on Sesame. The doctor took the time to listen and didn’t make me feel rushed, which I appreciated a lot. It felt like they understood what I was going through. I’m giving 4 stars only because the booking page was a little confusing at first, but the visit itself was great 👍

I was able to get an appointment, which I appreciated, but the available times were limited. For my schedule, it felt like I had to work around them more than I expected. I also ended up waiting longer than I thought I would, so overall it was okay, just not as convenient as I hoped.

I did appreciate seeing the visit cost upfront, but once a few extra fees started showing up later, I kind of felt trapped because I wasn’t sure what I’d end up paying. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, I just wish all the pricing had been laid out more clearly from the start.

"Pretty affordable, but the costs can still add up"
I found the prices to be mostly fair, and they’re usually cheaper than what I’d pay at my local clinic, which is nice. That said, a couple of visits ended up costing more than I expected, so I’m not sure if it’s just me or if the fees could be a little clearer upfront. Overall, not a bad experience at all.
